If no response is received, we may need to cancel your order.

Once an order is handed to the courier, it is no longer under our direct control.

  We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier as well.

  Quallyty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist you in following up with the courier.

  Depending on the situation, we may be able to issue a replacement.
