Jet or mist?
As others have mentioned - pull softly on the trigger for a jet and hard for a mist. It works well enough, I guess I'll learn to control the jet /mist ratio better after more than my first attempt. The plastic upper part is a little flimsy but it looks and feels nice, the glass bottle has a wide enough mouth not to need a funnel to fill. Mine does not leak.

More of a jet than a spray
Works fine at spraying a narrow jet rather than a mist, and sprays 1g at a time if you are calorie counting. Fine for reducing oil used in roasting or on the kind of airfryer that stirs the food but if you want to use a minimal amount if oil and get even coverage you’ll probably be disappointed. I find much easier to use than the ones where you push a button from the he top, but this might because its so much bigger.

Great for healthy cooking
I love this because it holds so much more oil that the measly sizes of the sprays you can get in supermarkets. Also the spray nozzle is far better to use as it's more direct. Going to save me a lot of money. Always had to throw the ready filled ones with 1/4 of the oil still left in the container. Waste of money.
